This blog series explores our recently completed project, in partnership with Moore Kingston Smith (MKS), to develop an impact framework for a cohort of community-based project award-holders.
Five award-holding organisations were invited to take part in the project, as they were all being supported to provide arts-based therapy interventions for older people and as such, had something in common – although it remained to be seen whether they were achieving a common set of outcomes. We were curious to find out !
Each organisation worked with MKS to develop a bespoke impact model, which could be used to:
- report on the current predicted impact of their funded project;
- manage and monitor impact of this project on an ongoing basis, subject to further data gathering.
You can read more about the five organisations and their projects here.
