UKRI invite applications to apply for funding to develop tractable areas of interdisciplinary research to secure better health and wellbeing for individuals as they age.
You must be based at a UK research organisation eligible for UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) funding.
Successful projects will sit at the interface of council remits, drawing on interdisciplinary teams to develop proof of concept. Awards should link understanding of ageing pathways with wider determinants of health.
The full economic cost of your project can be up to £400,000. UKRI will fund 80% of the full economic cost. The fund size is £3.5M.
Awards will be for up to 24 months.
