Royal National Institute for Deaf People (RNID) have just launched their Innovation Seed Fund which will give grants of up to £10k to kickstart small pilot projects in hearing research related to understanding the cause or ways of treating hearing loss. The rationale behind the scheme is to allow researchers to develop pilot data for a larger grant application. The deadline is 20th December 2023, with new awards being made in March 2024.
